The Product Line

The McMicrodose and Magic Truffels are packaged in small quantities. The Starter Kit contains everything you need to get started. The Microdosing Tea contains 6 grams of magic truffles that you can brew as tea. Microdose Synergy are capsules you can use as part of your microdosing routine.

What is microdosing?

With microdosing, you take a very small amount of truffles—far less than what it takes to get high. The goal is not to get high. Many people follow a set schedule, such as taking it one day and skipping the next two. Keep a journal to track your experiences.

Creating a Schedule

Microdosing works best with a consistent routine. A common schedule is to take a microdose on day one and then take a break for two days. On those days off, you’ll notice if anything changes. Another schedule is four days on and three days off. Stick to this for four to eight weeks, then take a break for a few weeks. This prevents your body from getting used to the truffles.

It’s best to take your microdose in the morning. That way, you’ll have the whole day to notice how you feel. Every evening, write down a brief summary of your day. Note your mood, your energy level, and your sleep. After a few weeks, you’ll start to see patterns emerge.

The Starter Kit is handy if you don't want to figure out what you need on your own. The tea is a pleasant way to consume the truffles, especially if you don't like the taste of fresh truffles. Let the tea steep for at least ten minutes in hot water that's just off the boil.

When taking a microdose, make sure you’re in a quiet environment on your first day. Take it for the first time on a day when you have few obligations. If you do notice effects that resemble a trip, the dose was too high. Take less next time. Never combine truffles with alcohol or other substances. Be honest with yourself about how you’re feeling and stop if it doesn’t feel right.

Getting Started Safely

Start with the smallest amount and build up gradually. Do not use truffles if you are taking mood-stabilizing medication, if you are pregnant, or if there is a history of mental health conditions in your family. Do not drive on days when you are microdosing. Store truffles in the refrigerator and out of the reach of children.
