You have the legal right to report a product for return within 14 days of receipt, without stating a reason. After this notification, you have an additional 14 days to actually return the product. If you exercise your right of return, you will receive the full order amount, including shipping costs, in your account within 14 days of the return notification.

Any return shipping costs incurred are your responsibility.

You are solely liable for any diminution in value of the product(s) resulting from handling or use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Some products (e.g., hookahs, pipes, vaporizers, and similar products) are excluded from the right of withdrawal when they are unsealed and/or used after delivery. After breaking the seal, these products can no longer be returned for health and hygiene reasons. Perishable goods (such as truffles, spores, and grow kits) also cannot be returned. However, if you are not satisfied with a perishable product, please contact our customer service. We will be happy to work with you to find a solution.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@smartific.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first submitting a return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems

Check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (like beauty items). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Swap

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund has been approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
