We ship to most EU countries, which you can find in the table below. We ship all our EU packages with DHL, DPD, or PostNL, depending on the region. This allows us to provide the best possible service. You will always receive a track and trace code to follow your package from door to door.

Smartific values your privacy, which is why all your purchases are packaged as discreetly as possible. No logos and no indication of what's inside. Expect your package to arrive in a plain, sturdy cardboard box, covered with simple but strong packing tape. If your order is very small, we will ship it in a discreet, brown or white padded envelope. 

The only thing visible on your box/envelope will be your shipping label (based on the service used).

That way you're sure that only you will be excited about the package that you receive, everyone will see a boring package with no indication of where it came from.
