If you're using magic mushrooms for the first time, we recommend doing so safely and staying below the initial dose of 2g dried. This is a sister species to Mexican magic mushrooms, both of which are used for spiritual practices in South American indigenous cultures.

Psilocybe cubensis is one of the most popular magic mushroom species in the world, mainly because it grows naturally in some areas of Southeast Asia, Australia, and Central-South America. First described in 1906 as Stropharia cubensis by Franklin Sumner Earle in Cuba, in the years that followed this species was classified under various names such as Naematoloma caerulescens and Stropharia cyanescens.
