The dosage you should take depends on your body mass, your personal metabolism, your tolerance for similar substances, the time since your last trip, and many other different factors. We all vary greatly from each other, and each person's body also reacts differently.

If you weigh more than 80 kg, you can consider taking proportionally larger amounts. If you weigh less than 60 kg, you will likely need less magic mushrooms to reach the same state as someone who weighs more than you. The origin of Psilocybe Equaescens, or simply Ecuadorian magic mushrooms, is not entirely clear to this day. What we know for sure is that this is one of the most potent Psilocybe Cubensis species. The species will be appreciated by anyone who is a fan of spiritual and philosophical trips. Some psychonauts believe that Ecuadorian magic mushrooms originated high in the Andes mountains.

Psilocybe Cubensis is one of the most popular magic mushroom species in the world. This is especially due to the fact that it grows naturally in some areas of Southeast Asia, Australia, and Central-South America. The species was first described in 1906 as Stropharia Cubensis by Franklin Sumner Earle in Cuba. In the following years, this species was classified under various names, such as Naematoloma Caerulenscens and Stropharia Cyanenscens.

Later this strain was assigned to the same species as Psilocybe Cubensis. The name “Psilocybe” is derived from the Greek words psilos (ψιλος) and kube (κυβη), which translate to “bald head”. “Cubensis” means “from Cuba”, referring to the location as first published by Franklin Sumner Earle.

Psilocybe Cubensis gained fame after Terence and Dennis McKenna published their Magic Mushroom Grower's Guide in the 1970s. At the time, they introduced new methods for growing magic mushrooms and assured readers that Psilocybe Cubensis is one of the easiest species to cultivate. This mushroom species is most associated with the cattle industry, as these fungi thrive in cow dung.
