History of the Test

The EZ-test cocaine test was developed in the early 2000s in response to the growing demand for harm-reduction tools. EZ-Test adapted the classic Scott reagent (based on cobalt thiocyanate) for easy home use. In addition to cocaine and crack, the test can also detect substances such as MDPV and 5-MeO-MiPT. Over the years, the stability of the reagent and the clarity of the instructions have improved, making the test more accessible to non-professionals.

Composition

The kit contains a chemical reagent (Scott's reagent / cobalt thiocyanate) embedded in silica gel and packaged in a single-use glass ampoule. It also includes a plastic cap and a color chart. The components are designed to provide a reliable, preliminary indication without the need for additional equipment.

Warning

Dispose of the ampule and the tested sample safely. Avoid direct contact with the reagent and keep the test out of the reach of children. Not suitable for minors. The EZ-test provides only an indication and is not a 100% guarantee. If in doubt, always have the sample tested by a professional.
