The EZ-test for ketamine was introduced in the early 2010s, when concerns were growing about adulterated substances being sold as ecstasy or ketamine. EZ-Test developed this kit, based on Mandelin reagent, to easily detect ketamine, PMA/PMMA, MDMA, and amphetamines. The test addressed the rise in dangerous adulterants and offered an accessible solution for home use. Over the years, the stability of the reagent has been improved and the color chart has been made clearer, making the test more reliable for non-professionals.
The kit contains a chemical reagent (Mandelin-type, with a golden-yellow base color) embedded in silica gel and packaged in a single-use glass ampoule. It also includes a plastic cap and a color chart. The components are designed to provide a reliable, preliminary indication without the need for additional equipment.
Dispose of the ampule and the tested sample safely. Avoid direct contact with the reagent and keep the test out of the reach of children. Not suitable for minors. The EZ-test provides only an indication and is not a 100% guarantee. If in doubt, always have the sample tested by a professional.
