Brown tablet: vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin D, vitamin E, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, niacinamide, vitamin B6, folic acid, vitamin B12, biotin, pantothenic acid, calcium, iron, phosphorus, iodine, magnesium, zinc, selenium, copper, manganese, chromium, molybdenum, potassium.

Brown capsule: 1,000 mg herbal blend consisting of Fo Ti, Gotu Kola, goldenseal, and Siberian ginseng (containing 100 mg of caffeine).

Ivory capsules: Griffonia herb, apricot, rice starch, calcium stearate.
