Neem 2-3 partypillen binnen 0,5-1 uur voor het gewenste effect. Drink voldoende water. Voor betere resultaten, drink ongeveer 15 minuten na het innemen van je capsules de gewenste party drank. Niet meer dan één volledige verpakking per 24 uur (6 capsules).
