After this notification, you have an additional 14 days to actually return the product. After breaking the seal, these products can no longer be returned for health and hygiene reasons. Perishable goods (such as truffles, spores, and grow kits) also cannot be returned. However, if you are not satisfied with a perishable product, please contact our customer service. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first submitting a return request will not be accepted.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can always contact us for any return orders at support@smartific.com.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4>Damage and problems<\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess and resolve the issue.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4>Exceptions \/ Non-returnable items<\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (like beauty items). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4>Swap<\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4>Refunds<\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund has been approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method.
